Banting Curry Mayo Sauce

A simple condiment to prepare that consists of curry and mayonnaise a very indulging mixture of ingredients. This recipe is inspired by the Indian culture for their love of spices it goes well with vegetables, lamb and chicken


  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder


  1. Mix mayonnaise and curry in a small bowl, add curry to taste. There are a lot of different curry powders; heat and taste vary. Use your favorite blend.
  2. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or more to allow the flavors to develop.
  3. Keep in the fridge up to 4–5 days.
