Banting Curry Mayo Sauce
A simple condiment to prepare that consists of curry and mayonnaise a very indulging mixture of ingredients. This recipe is inspired by the Indian culture for their love of spices it goes well with vegetables, lamb and chicken
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Mix mayonnaise and curry in a small bowl, add curry to taste. There are a lot of different curry powders; heat and taste vary. Use your favorite blend.
- Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or more to allow the flavors to develop.
- Keep in the fridge up to 4–5 days.
