Granola Toast Breakfast

1/4 cup Banting granola (toast a mixture of nuts and seeds with some spices) with 1 cup yoghurt/kefir, 1/4 papaya and 1 – 2 boiled eggs


  • 1/4 cup Banting granola
  • 1 cup yoghurt or kefir
  • 1/4 papaya
  • 1 – 2 boiled eggs


  1. Toast the nuts and seeds for the granola in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring frequently until they are evenly browned. Add any spices you like and set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine the yoghurt or kefir with papaya and eggs.
  3. Top with the granola and serve immediately.Enjoy!
