Granola Toast Breakfast
1/4 cup Banting granola (toast a mixture of nuts and seeds with some spices) with 1 cup yoghurt/kefir, 1/4 papaya and 1 – 2 boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup Banting granola
- 1 cup yoghurt or kefir
- 1/4 papaya
- 1 – 2 boiled eggs
- Toast the nuts and seeds for the granola in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring frequently until they are evenly browned. Add any spices you like and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine the yoghurt or kefir with papaya and eggs.
- Top with the granola and serve immediately.Enjoy!
