Grilled White Fish Fillet Dinner

This meal is perfect for those who are looking for a hearty, yet healthy meal. The fish and vegetables provide plenty of protein and fiber, while the sauerkraut/kimchi add a touch of flavor. This dish is also relatively easy to prepare, so it’s perfect for busy weeknights

Ingredients:

  • Grilled white fish fillet
  • Sweet potato wedges
  • Half a cup of peas
  • One-fourth a cup of sauerkraut/kimchi

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Place fish on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, steam the sweet potato wedges and peas
  3. When everything is finished cooking, plate the fish, sweet potato wedges and peas together and top with sauerkraut/kimchi. Enjoy!
