Grilled White Fish Fillet Dinner
This meal is perfect for those who are looking for a hearty, yet healthy meal. The fish and vegetables provide plenty of protein and fiber, while the sauerkraut/kimchi add a touch of flavor. This dish is also relatively easy to prepare, so it’s perfect for busy weeknights
Ingredients:
- Grilled white fish fillet
- Sweet potato wedges
- Half a cup of peas
- One-fourth a cup of sauerkraut/kimchi
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Place fish on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, steam the sweet potato wedges and peas
- When everything is finished cooking, plate the fish, sweet potato wedges and peas together and top with sauerkraut/kimchi. Enjoy!
