Low-Carb Dairy-free Ginger Smoothie

Dairy-free ginger smoothie made with coconut milk. Mix it up everyone can enjoy this mixture from family to friends  its simple , delicious and low-carb yummy.


  • 75 ml coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 30 g frozen spinach
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Start with 1 tablespoon lime and increase the amount to taste.
  2. Sprinkle with some grated ginger and serve. Tasty!!
