Omelette Breakfast


  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  3. 1/4 red pepper, diced
  4. 1/4 tomato, diced
  5. 1/4 onion, diced
  6. 1 slice bacon
  7. Dairy-free yogurt
  8. Berries
  9. Coffee / Tea
  10. Full-fat cream
  11. Sugar-free sweetener


  1. In a small skillet, cook eggs over easy or to your preference.
  2. Add in cheese, red pepper, tomato and onion. Mix together and cook until veggies are soft.
  3. Place bacon on a paper towel-lined plate and microwave for 30-60 seconds, until crisp. crumble and add to the eggs.
  4. Serve eggs with dairy-free yogurt and berries. Enjoy coffee or tea with full-fat cream and sugar-free sweetener.
