Portion Grilled / Roast Chicken Dinner

- 100g to 120g grilled or roast chicken
- Half a cup of roasted pumpkin
- Half a cup of green beans
- A quarter of a sweet potato, roasted
- Gravy made from pan juices (reduce with a dollop of cream and butter)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, roast pumpkin, green beans, and sweet potato on another baking sheet for 20 minutes.
- To make the gravy, simply combine pan juices with cream and butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- When everything is finished cooking, plate the chicken and vegetables together and spoon gravy over top. Enjoy!
