Portion Grilled / Roast Chicken Dinner

This meal is perfect for those who are looking for a hearty, yet healthy meal. The chicken and vegetables provide plenty of protein and fiber, while the gravy adds a touch of richness. This dish is also relatively easy to prepare, so it’s perfect for busy weeknights.


  • 100g to 120g grilled or roast chicken
  • Half a cup of roasted pumpkin
  • Half a cup of green beans
  • A quarter of a sweet potato, roasted
  • Gravy made from pan juices (reduce with a dollop of cream and butter)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, roast pumpkin, green beans, and sweet potato on another baking sheet for 20 minutes.
  4. To make the gravy, simply combine pan juices with cream and butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  5. When everything is finished cooking, plate the chicken and vegetables together and spoon gravy over top. Enjoy!
