Tuna in Brine Lunch

1/2 – 2/3 tin tuna in brine with 2 – 3 Tbsp Banting mayo, 1/2 – 3/4 avo, 1/4

mango diced (optional), diced cucumber, with salad dressed with olive oil and apple cider vinegar / apple vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 – 2/3 tin tuna in brine
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp Banting mayo
  • 1/2 – 3/4 avo
  • 1/4 mango diced (optional)
  • diced cucumber
  • salad leaves
  • olive oil and apple cider vinegar / apple vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the tuna, mayo, avocado and mango (if using).
  2. Add cucumber and salad leaves and mix together.
  3. Dress with olive oil and vinegar or vinaigrette. Enjoy!
